REFUNDS & RETURNS

If your book is damaged upon arrival or faulty (e.g. missing pages, or improperly bound), you are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase.

Method of Refund

Chrysalis Media will deposit the refunded amount directly to the account you specify in your refund request.


 

Product Condition

Please provide photographic evidence in the event that your copy is damaged upon arrival.  If your book is faulty, you will receive your refund without having to return your copy.

Charges

Chrysalis Media will cover the courier cost of returning the copy.  There are no additional charges to the customer.

Process

Report your refund request (and, if the book is not damaged, your intention to return your copy) to chrysalismediaworks@gmail.com

We ask that you include your account information for our direct deposit:

  • Name of the account holder

  • Bank name

  • Branch name

  • Branch code and

  • Bank account number

You will receive a payment notification once your refund is processed.

(Please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns in circumstances where the buyer makes their purchase in error, changes their mind, damages or misplaces their copy after arrival or provides no other valid substantiation.)
